Cecil Peck LLC can design and build an automated tank assembly line to fit your needs. We can use any number of and combination of presses and circumferential lathe welders to accomplish the production numbers you need.

The system above starts with a single index conveyor. Tank shells move along this conveyor to the first press (flaring press).This press flares both ends of the shell. The next press is the closing press it inserts the heads and crimps the shell down onto the heads. Once the tanks reach the end of the single index conveyor two tanks are lifted by a shuttle table and moved to the double index conveyor. At each double index two tanks are welded simultaneously.
