The machine above was designed to weld truck trailer frames and I beams

• Approximate machine travels are X=80' Y=8' Z=6'
• Adjustable length arms are used to hold torches to reach deep inside tall frames.
• Torch carriage can be indexed 90 degrees to weld in Y axis direction.
• Crash detection system is used to prevent damage to torches during welding or rapid between positions.
• Independent seam tracking provided on both torches
