Cecil Peck LLC. - Servo Type Automated Circular Spud Welders

This Servo type circular spud welder was designed to replace existing cam type machines. Instead of a cam this machine uses a linear servo motor to control the up and down motion of the spindle to follow the contour of a tube or whatever shape you’re welding.

The circular rotation is controlled by servo also and can be programmed for welding at different degrees of rotation.

Programming is done by rotating spindle to desired degree of rotation and then jogging spindle down till welding wire touches part software will then save that position. Repeat this process using whatever degrees of rotation you want until you complete what needs welded. The machine will now run fully automatic following the positions you programmed.
