Available factory installed options.

• Inside Welding:   Available for any type boom welder.
  
• Smoke Collection:   Available for any type boom welder.
• Side sheet preheat:  Available for any type boom welder. (preheats, controls, and monitors side sheet temperature to remove waves from side sheets).
• Stiffener Plate Welder:   Available only on generation 2 & 3 machines. (This option allows the welding of stiffener plates onto the top plate of the boom section. It can be programmed to weld one or more plates at a variety of programmed positions.  This operation is done right after the completion of outside and inside welds).
• Gas Flow Sensing:   Available for any type boom welder. (This option is a safety feature to protect both the weld and the torches.  If a machine alarm occurs and the operator doesn’t acknowledge the alarm, having this option causes the machine to go into pause mode, stopping the weld until problem is corrected.)
• Water Flow Sensing:   Available for any type boom welder. (Another safety feature to protect the torches.  If a machine alarm occurs and the operator doesn’t acknowledge the alarm, having this option causes the machine to go into pause mode, stopping the weld until problem is corrected.)
