The Standard Chain Type Boom Tube Welder utilizes a flat table (no heatsink) for welding. It was originally designed to weld heavier wall booms for telescoping material handlers. Capacity of this machine by outside measurement is 6" - 25.5" wide and 6" - 24" tall x 17' long. Inside welding capacity is 9.25"- 17" wide x 17' long. Minimum inside welding height is 9". The gantry platform has the capacity to carry six barrels of welding wire. This machine can be equipped with up to eight mounted torches of which up to six can run simultaneously. Overall size of this machine is 8' wide x 11' tall x 36' long. This machines design can easily be modified to run 40' or longer booms if needed.
